Is this the right level for me?
Our General Level Running Group Melbourne caters for a wide range of fitness levels – ranging from participants training for a 5km, 10km, or half marathon. We have runners of all ages, abilities, experience levels and body shapes and sizes. Everyone is warmly welcomed and supportively coached to achieve their own personal best. If you can already manage a slow 2Km jog (or more) you’re ready for this program. If you’re brand new to running check out our Beginners Level running group.
