Beginners Level Running Classes

If you’re just starting out and can’t yet manage a slow 3 Km jog, this is the perfect group for you

No fitness or running experience needed to join us. Run your first 5 K by the end of the course!

Everyone will be just like you – learning and getting started

General Level Running Classes

If you can currently manage a slow continuous 3km jog (or more!) you’re ready for our General Level Running Group

We welcome and cater for a wide range of runners in this group whether you’re training for a 5km, 10km or 21km event

You'll improve your speed, endurance, efficiency & comfort levels

Via our immaculately planned sessions.  Includes intervals, Fartlek, Tabata, Hills and more.  More than just ‘going for a run’.  We’re different to other running groups!

You'll improve your technique

Learn your optimal running technique including stride length/rate, foot strike, body posture, and be given regular feedback to keep you improving.  We even liaise with your physiotherapist!

You'll learn tricks to avoid injury

Did you know glute function is important for safe and efficient running?  We’ll cover simple but essential home exercises to improve your technique and reduce your risk of injury.

You'll be guided outside of classes too

You’ll receive a PDF training program to ensure you’re fully prepared for your fun run without risk of overtraining.  You can use this program to prepare for future events too!
