What are HIIT Boot Camp Classes?

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training.


HIIT has gained huge popularity around the world because it’s the most time efficient way to improve your fitness.

 

How does it work?

Every session is different, however the basic structure involves bursts of fast moving exercise with short rests between where you can catch your breath.

 Don’t worry about the ‘High Intensity’ part – we scale the workout for all levels and adapt the program for complete beginners.

Is boot camp like being in the army?

Our boot camp is non-military in style – we don’t pretend we’re in the army and we don’t yell at you!  Just fun, effective group fitness classes in four Melbourne locations.

What equipment will we use?

Medicine balls, resistance bands, skipping ropes, agility ladders, mini hurdles, kettlebells, dumbells, in addition to fantastic exercises using your own body weight only.
