They are fun, interactive and high intensity programs that get results. Any level of fitness can join in and not feel left out; so it’s a great way for a group to train together and for everyone to get the benefits out of it.
I am a friendly, easy-going person who loves to get the most out of people. So I will encourage you and make sure you are using the correct technique so that you will get the most out of every session. I understand what it is like trying to lose weight and get fit and I applaud all those who want to make a difference in their lives.
I train for triathlons and running events. It isn’t very often I’ll have a day off from doing some sort of physical activity! I enjoy socialising as I have some great friends. I’m a big footy fan (AFL) and cricket in summer.
I recently completed my 3rdmarathon. The first two were on the flat roads of Melbourne, where the 3rdwas in the hilly roads of Sydney. Training for the hilly event required a lot more hill training and more dedication to recovery from all those sessions. To finish in the top 50 out of 3100 entrants was extremely rewarding.
Most people aren’t as fit as they would like to be. There is only one way to change that… Get out there and do something! By doing exercise it will give you more energy which will make you feel younger. There are people in their 70’s doing full ironman events! No one is too busy to do something that will help you live a longer, more fulfilling life.
