Running Program - learn to run 5km

 

 

 

5 week running group
Motivating weekly sessions with your own coach!
For Beginner
and Intermediate runners

Variety of techniques covered: Interval training, Fartlek, Stairs, Hills, and much more. Every session different.

Work at your own hardest pace – Don’t think you’re too unfit to join!

Weekly e-newsletter with fit tips. Ongoing advice and support via email / phone

Classes held at The Tan track, Royal Botanic Gardens, Melbourne

5 week group - $89

Or enrol in one of our boot camps too and your run group is only $75

 

This program will not be formally working you towards a Fun Run, you will simply be enjoying an informative, fun and challenging coaching session once a week.

No specific homework will be set, however we will offer advice if you have a particular Fun Run or goal in mind.

Simply come along, enjoy a coaching session, and revel in your improvements!
