enrol in one of our boot camps too and your run group is only
$75
This program will
not be formally working you towards a Fun Run, you will simply be
enjoying an informative, fun and challenging coaching session once
a week.
No specific homework will be set, however we will offer
advice if you have a particular Fun Run or goal in
mind.
Simply come along,
enjoy a coaching session, and revel in your
improvements!
