Boot Camp
A one hour
class especially designed for Mums of all ages and fitness levels.
The classes conveniently begin at 9:30 am - after school drop
off.
Each
class is different and is designed to: -Improve
cardiovascular fitness
-Increase
body tone
-Enhance
energy
- Develop / Maintain motivation for exercise -
Increase abdominal / core strength
- Improve pelvic floor strength (bladder control) -
Develop flexibility
We
utilise a range of equipment & exercises
including: Fitballs,
Medicine balls, Resistance bands, Dura discs, Skippingropes,
Boxing pads, Kick pads and plenty of body weight
exercises.
