Score a prize in our Winter Champions Competition

Attend your classes and be in the running to win!

Winter is the toughest time to stay committed to regular exercise.  At Healthy Balance Fitness we introduced Winter Champions in 2011 to assist our clients to stay on track during this challenging time.

On the week beginning July 16th we’ll be awarding our most committed clients for their high attendance.  All you need to do is attend as many of your classes as possible until then, and attend make up sessions if you miss one.

Our Boxing and Boot Camp clients are already in the running for the following awesome prizes:

Qi Organic Tea & Rhino Organic Coffee Pack

Universal Village fair trade food has kindly donated four beautiful packs that include:
2 x Qi Organic teas
1 x Rhino Award winning Ground Coffee
Cocolo Organic chocolate
Envirosax shopping bag

Qi Tea (pronounced chi) is naturally sweet and high in antioxidants. Even non-green tea drinkers like the delicate and mellow flavour.

All the teas are free of pesticide, herbicide, formaldehyde, aluminium and tea bag sealants (glues etc). Qi is grown by small-scale farmers in Xitou village in China’s yellow mountains. The sales of their certified Fairtrade tea has assisted these remote mountain communities in maintaining their viability and increasing their well-being.

All Qi Tea is certified organic and Fairtade, so you can be assured it is free from pesticides and genetic modification, as well as ensuring fair wages and conditions for the villagers where it is grown and processed.
Universal Village believes the best things in life are free, but the rest should be fairly traded.  Visit their website to purchase any of these fabulous products, or explore their entire range of Qi organic teas.

One lucky winner in each of our Boxing/Boot Camp locations will take home this prize and be the envy of their team!

Gourmet Organic Herbs Spice Box

Gourmet Organic Herbs are generously sponsoring our Winter Champions event and have made my office smell wonderful!  Four lucky winners will receive a box filled with 24 herbs and spices, ready to make their next healthy home cooked meal a taste sensation!

Gourmet Organic Herbs supplies a range of certified organic herbs, mustards and dressings. The herbs are grown in optimum conditions by farmers practising sustainable agriculture, they are then dried as whole herbs to capture the volatile oils that deliver intensity of flavour.

You can smell and taste the difference. Visit their website to find out more or to purchase the herbs, spices or dressings.

One lucky winner in each of our Boxing/Boot Camp locations will be ‘getting their gourmet chef on’ and may be requested to bring doggy bags to class :)
