Shannon’s Workout Challenge: Out and back push ups

Over the coming weeks our superstar trainer, Shannon, will be sharing with you videos of some challenging exercises that you can do at home to keep fit between classes.

  • Remember these exercises are for intermediate to advanced fitness levels.
  • If you are unsure of the technique please do not attempt and risk injury – instead ask your trainer in your next class.
  • This exercise is not appropriate for everyone – if you have an injury or health issue do not attempt without speaking to a fitness professional first.
